Completely disappointing experience from the sales to the property management team. We were not the perfect client but I have never seen a service level so poor across departments. You hire local expecting local knowledge, expertise and support and you end getting nothing in return. Collect the money and when the going gets tough they bail. Really? We are out of town clients in need of support and when we run into an unfortunate circumstance (personal) and they realize they actually have to work to make money, they drop you like a bad habit. I even requested a meeting with Richard and sent multiple emails offering feedback and heard nothing. The sales team, gives up, makes excuses and the rental team takes no accountability and walks when they need to step up and earn the money they collect. I would highly recommend finding another firm to represent you. Pottstown is struggling right now and what it needs is a quality agency driving to support the rebuild, not milks people who are struggling for support, guidance and wisdom. It's sad that you don't even know who your clients are, or even ask the question on how they can actually help you. Just give up. You match the city perfectly. And where are my keys? Lost those too!
